Gravel Bike Leaders Course
We are holding a Gravel Leaders Course in Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire. This 2-day course will focus on the principles of leading gravel rides, basic trailside repairs, and risk management. Tailored for aspiring leaders, this comprehensive training ensures you meet the highest standards of the outdoor guiding profession. By the end of the course, all leaders will be qualified as British Cycling Trail Leaders.

All participants must have British Cycling membership.  All leaders must hold a 2 day first aid course and safeguarding to qualifiy for the British Cycling Leader Insurance.  However the course can be completed without first aid or safeguarding certificates.

  • Bookings & Cancellations

    Velo Coaching reserves the right to cancel activities due to adverse weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to re-schedule or refund 100% if you choose not to re-schedule. Velo Coaching reserve the right to cancel a course where minimum numbers of participants are not met in which case an alternative date or full refund will be made available.

    Monthly Coaching Accounts 

    • Monthly fees are payable at the start of each month and will cover each calendar months training plans.

    • Any cancellation of a monthly fee part way through a month will not be subject to a refund for the remaining part of the month.

     

    Booking fee/ Admin fee

    • Your place on a course/trip or appointment is only secure when the balance has been paid, unless stated otherwise in writing by Velo Coaching

    Cancellation Fees – if an alternative date cannot be found

    • Cancellation of the course/trip or appointment 4 weeks prior to the start date = refund – 10% booking fee/admin fee

    • Cancellation of the course/trip or appointment 14 days prior to the start date= 50% of full booked price returned

    • Cancellation of the course/trip or appointment 7 days or less = Full booked price will be lost
